Getting started....

Placements are held as below in different phases.

1. Aptitude
2. Group Discussion
3. Technical Interview
4. HR Interview

Important to note that one should be qualified to face all of the above. To qualify one should have an aggregate of minimum 60% without standing arrears or as specified by the company.

Aptitude is the test of one's ability to think and handle pressure. One can always be prepared for this phase of placement by being strong at the basics of knowledge and thought.
> Verbal Ability
> Quantitative Ability
> Logical Reasoning

This pattern is not followed strictly as it might differ from company to company.

Group Discussions are the tests of your ability to work in a group or a team and how you behave towards. Many are individualized persons who have to realize that working in a team is the ultimate destination.

Technical Interviews are the tests of your technical knowledge. This doesn't mean that you should possess the knowledge that is required to work in the company. The interviewers see the candidates as students and not experienced people who are ready to work. They expect you to possess enough knowledge of your subject and nothing more than that. Every engineer is considered to have been taught C language so Non IT students make sure you know the basics of C language when applying for an IT company.

HR Interviews are the toughest of all and they test every thought of yours without you knowing. Always be true to what you are saying. If you have to lie then beware of it and accept it as if it is true with you. Show all your confidence in your words. Express loyalty and maximum energy.
